Lime base coat
CS I · pure air-lime plaster without added cement
A base plaster that is vapour-permeable for interior use, ensuring an optimal indoor climate thanks to its extensive moisture exchange. This is due to its natural ability to absorb nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). When used as an exterior plaster, gräfix 61 must always be protected against the elements.

- Alternatively, roughen the surface with gräfix 66 HP
- Prime non-mineral substrates with gräfix 66 HP (rough finish)
- When applying with a rendering machine, do not use a Twister auger sleeve
- Mix one bag of gräfix 61 with approx. 6.7 litres of water
- Application must be carried out in multiple layers
- Plaster thickness: min. 6 mm to max. 15 mm per coat
- Coverage: approx. 77 m² per tonne at a plaster thickness of 10 mm
- Drying times: at least 1 day per millimetre of plaster thickness
