gräfix CalCem can be used to permanently stabilise soils and make them load-bearing – without the need for costly soil replacement. This specialhydraulic binder is suitable for soil stabilisation, soil improvement and sub-base improvement in earthworks and road construction.
When tilled into the ground, gräfix CalCem draws water out of the soil and immediately improves the structure of the sub-base by forming a crumbly texture. This permanently increases load-bearing capacity, durability and frost resistance.
Costly soil replacement can often be avoided. This saves time, reduces costs and protects the environment. The mixing ratios are individually tailored to the requirements of each specific construction site.
