Trass-lime base plaster

The base plaster with crushed limestone sand and additives to promote application creates a good living climate due to its high moisture exchange. Fine trass flour increases the strength and suppresses lime efflorescence. Pre-spraying with gräfix 63 SB is required for smooth surfaces.

- Can be applied by hand or with a plastering machine
- Very good machinability due to processing-enhancing additives
- Can be used indoors and outdoors
- Fine trass powder increases strength and effectively prevents efflorescence caused by unbound lime
- Suitable as base and felt plaster

- Pre-wet the substrate/masonry accordingly
- gräfix 63 SB is required as a bonding agent for smooth substrates
- Mix one bag of gräfix 65 with approx. 7.5 - 8 litres of water
- Plaster thickness: 10 to 20 mm, depending on use
- Yield: with 10 mm plaster thickness approx. 87 m² per tonne
