estro-mobil - Generation 2
The gräfix estro mobil is a semi-trailer equipped with all the necessary functions to ensure smooth screed installation in a short time. gräfix supplies the flowing screed free at the end of the hose. The flooring contractor takes over the processing, installation and finishing of the poured surfaces. The machine technology - mixing and conveying - is carried out by our machine operator on the gräfix estro mobil. The complete estro mobil service consists of:

Our service:
- Own power supply through power generator
- Water buffer tank with a volume of 1,000 litres (water supply required on site)
- 80 metre delivery hose line
- Delivery rate 220 litres/min with large pump (up to 25 tonnes of dry material per hour)
- Adjustable and demand-orientated pump capacity
- Delivery with estromobil approx. 15 tonnes of dry material sufficient for approx. 150m2 area with 45 - 50 mm screed thickness
- uninterrupted installation for larger areas
- Blowing from the silo train even during removal from the gräfix estro-mobil
- Only the quantity actually used is charged
